Building Your Base

You begin your career as a king by building your kingdom. First, your kingdom possesses various tiles where you can build different buildings, such as Barracks, Stables, Siege Works, Embassy, and Institute. These buildings provide different functions that are critical for the success of your kingdom.

The Barracks, Stables, Target Range, and Siege Works buildings are critical military buildings since they allow you to train your infantry, cavalry, and archers. These buildings also dictate what type of troops you can train.

On the other hand, the Embassy, Hall of War, and the Institute buildings are other inner buildings that you need to build to improve your base. For example, the Institute is important because this is where you would be doing your research to gain some bonuses. While the Hall of Heroes building is considered to be mission-critical as it allows you to level up your Heroes in the game.

The Outer buildings are the Farms, Lumber Mills, Iron Mines, and Silver Mines. These buildings help you to gather resources. These resources are vital for upgrading your base and raising your army.

The Map View

Aside from your Base, you should also be familiar with the Map view. Here, you can view the location of other bases, monsters, and other resource tiles. You can also attack the bases of other players, attack monsters, or gather resources from a resource tile with the use of the map.

1. Do your Daily Quests

While this might sound good in theory, the reality is that this may be difficult for most players to achieve. It is better to focus on upgrading two of the four troop categories first in order to have higher-level troops faster.

5. Infantry is the Key

This is related to tip number 4, wherein players should focus on upgrading just two types of troops. Out of the two types, players should focus on upgrading the Infantry first because it is easier than the other troop types. You can choose to build an army of Infantrymen and Archers, Infantrymen and Cavalries, or Infantrymen and War Machines. Just make sure to include Infantry as one of the two troop categories you upgrade first.
