It’s titled Survive – Wilderness Survival, an adventure simulation game published by Juuso Hietalahti. It’s a game where you will be placed in certain situations that will require you to use your survival skills and knowledge in the wilderness. Your goal in the situation is to try and survive for as long as you can.

You can either get to safety or last long enough for rescue to find you. This survival simulator is also a text-based game, so don’t expect to be controlling or moving characters around. Nevertheless, it’s still a fun game worth playing!

Try to Survive & Shelter Yourself In The Wilds

When you start playing, you are given 4 scenarios to choose from. It’s best you start with the easiest one, as this is the scenario designed for beginners. Once you’ve selected the scenario, you’ll start playing it out. It begins with you driving a pick-up truck in the middle of a rainy night.

But as the weather worsens, you find your truck stuck in the mud. This will force you to start doing activities that can help you with your survival. Since it’s a text-based game, you’ll be presented with several menus that contain actions for you to do. For example, if you click on the Shelter menu, you can see the option to rest for 1 hour or for 4 hours. You will also see the option to assemble a rain catcher that will allow you to get water from the rain.

Be Mindful Of Your Time & Energy

Keep in mind that the actions you will do will have a corresponding time to them. This is because you’ll be cycling along 12 hours of daylight and 12 hours of nighttime. This also means there are activities that are hard to do, depending on the time of the day.

Your character will have 4 gauges, Condition, Body Heat, Hydration, and Calories. You need to make sure they don’t fall to 0 or else you’ll have a hard time doing activities or surviving. The gauge will let you know if your character needs to eat, drink, rest, get warm, and so on. This is a fun and exciting game that will really test your knowledge and skills in surviving out in the wilderness.
