The game takes you into the realm of the subconscious where the battle of fears takes place. You have to choose your own Phobies to attack your opponents that compromise the therapy session. Your task is to eliminate them all by applying your best Phobies strategy.
The game offers you simple yet strategic gameplay. The game is not a war-like spontaneous battle where an abrupt attack is used as an advantage. Instead, you will win against your opponent by using the specific character to defeat the other specific one. It is executing your attack when it is your turn, and your opponent will do the same. If you execute effective attacks, you will quickly eliminate the enemy Phobies and vice versa.

The game boasts several maps where Phobies are able to fight each other. You would assume that these maps are all the same given they all have the same form. However, they are different maps as shown in their colors and area themes such as volcano, office, and many more.
